Hello! My name is Andra Maxwell. This is my second year teaching at CMS and I am excited about what lies ahead. This year is a TAKS year for Social Studies so we need to come to class with a full head of steam. The scope of our class spans from the beginning of our nation to post Civil War Reconstruction. It is a lot to cover, but I know we can do it!

FOOD/DRINK: Students may bring a water bottle to class. In fact, I highly recommend it. No other food will be allowed.

ABSENTEEISM: YOU are responsible for making up your work after absences. It is YOUR job to ask for missed assignments and make sure they are turned in.

GRADES:
Daily work will count once.
Test and projects will count twice.
A participation grade will be given weekly.
