I am a 1977 graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. I also completed my teacher certification from Sam Houston State in English and ESL. In 2001 I completed my Master Reading Teacher Certification from Abilene Christian University. I began my teaching career in 1990, after having been an accountant for 13 years. My experience in teaching consist of high school English, ESL, accounting, and 6th grade language arts. I am currently teaching 7th grade reading/GT, ESL and dyslexia.

Who I Am and What I Want to Be:
Students will discover who they are by researching the origin and meaning of their names. They will also examine their goals and dreams.
