At Hutchinson Elementary building character is a daily goal.
Throughout the year, students learn and practice character traits that will develop their character for a lifetime.
Respect~ treating others the way you would want to be treated.
Integrity ~ making the choices that help you be the best person you can be.
Responsibility ~ being dependable and making good choices
Fairness ~ taking turns, sharing, and listening to what others have to say
Citizenship ~ obeying the rules and working to make your community a better place
Trustworthiness ~ having other people being able to count on you to do the right thing
Honesty ~ being truthful and sincere
Compassion ~ being kind and thoughtful toward others
Perseverance ~ working hard and not giving up
